About Ski-Pro

What is Ski-Pro?
Ski-Pro is an online platform where you can easily compare and book ski and snowboard lessons at trusted ski schools across Europe. We work directly with professional instructors and certified ski schools so you can choose the right lesson, at the right time, in the right resort — all in one place and without extra fees.

How does Ski-Pro work?

Ski-Pro handles the booking — your lessons are delivered by experienced, certified instructors. Our multilingual team is happy to assist if you need help choosing the right course.

Which ski schools do you partner with?
We partner with a large network of certified and well-established ski schools — including major schools like ESF, Oxygène, Evolution 2, and many high-quality independent ski schools.

All partners are carefully selected to ensure:

In which countries can I book ski or snowboard lessons?
You can currently book lessons in six major European ski regions: Austria, France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Bulgaria. Click here to view our destinations.


Booking Your Lesson

How do I book ski or snowboard lessons?
It’s easy!

You’ll instantly receive a booking confirmation by email with all lesson details.

Can I choose the language of the instructor?
Yes — in most cases! Many ski schools offer multilingual instructors (English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, etc.).
If your preferred language isn’t shown during booking, just contact us — we can check availability with the ski school.

Are group lessons or private lessons better for me/my child?
It depends on your goals:

Group lessons
Best for: Beginners, children, social learners
Advantages: Fun with others, structured progression, great value

Private lessons
Best for: Faster learning, specific needs, mixed-level families
Advantages: Personalized coaching, flexible schedule, rapid progress

How do I know my level?
During booking, you simply select your level:

• Never skied/boarded before
• Happy on green slopes
• Happy on blue slopes (snowplough)
• Happy on blue slopes (parallel)
• Happy on red slopes
• Happy everywhere

This helps the ski school place you in the perfect group.


Prices & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payments using credit card, iDeal, Bancontact and other local payment methods (depending on country).

Is the payment secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through certified, PCI-compliant providers using encryption — your data is always safe.

When do I pay for my booking?
Payment is made during the online checkout to secure your lesson spot.


Meeting Points & Lesson Info

Where is the meeting point for my lesson?
It’s clearly shown on each product page and in your booking confirmation — including maps where available.

Is ski equipment included?
No — ski and snowboard equipment must be rented separately unless otherwise stated.
In many destinations you can add rental equipment at a discount through Ski-Pro's partner Alpy.

How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your lesson starts — more if you still need to collect equipment.

Can I join a lesson after it has started?
Generally not, mainly for safety.
If you’re delayed, please contact the ski school as soon as possible — they’ll do their best to help.


Cancellations & Modifications

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — according to the ski school’s cancellation policy.
You’ll find the exact terms on every product page.

Can I change the date, time, or participants?
Usually yes, depending on availability.
Just contact us and we’ll update the booking for you.

What if the lesson is cancelled due to weather?
If lifts close or the lesson cannot take place safely, the ski school will offer an alternative or a refund according to their policy.


Children’s Lessons

From what age can children join group lessons?
This varies per ski school, but typical guidelines:
3–4 years: baby / kindergarten groups
5–6+ years: standard children’s group lessons

How big are children’s groups?
Group sizes depend on the destination and season — but ski schools aim for small groups to ensure safety and good progress.

Are helmets mandatory?
Helmets are mandatory for children in most countries and strongly recommended for all participants.
