Booking a private lesson means you have the flexibility to decide everything: how long the lesson is, where you start, where you finish and what you do during the lesson. Whilst booking the lesson we will discuss with you what your goals and requirements are and make sure that the lesson is perfectly tailored to slot in to your holiday seamlessly.
One of our highly qualified and friendly instructors can come and collect you from your accommodation, and if you are booking lessons for your children, they can even bring them back to your accommodation at the end of the day.

We are happy to contact you to determine the most convenient meeting point or to pick you up at your accommodation.
In the event of cancellation, reimbursement will be calculated as a percentage of the total cost of all products booked, as follows:
• Cancellation on 14 days or more prior to the commencement of the first day: 100% refund
• Cancellation on 7 to 13 days prior to the commencement of the first day: 50% refund
• Cancellation on less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the first day: No refund.
Cancellation of lesson or curtailments due to a complete ski area closure will be refunded in full.
Partial resort closure due to adverse weather conditons or breakdown of mechanical installations (or other incidents beyond our control) will not result in any lesson refund.
Cancellalation due to injury or sickness will not be refunded. Clients are advised to take out suitable insurance to cover them in the case of cancellation.
