Cancellation or modification of the bookings by the customer
The cancellation of bookings must be made in writing by e-mail to bookings@ski-pro.com at least 72 hours before the start of the activity. In case of cancellations made later by the customer, the full rate of the booking will be charged. Each lesson or group course that is started will be charged in full, regardless of whether it must be ended prematurely.
There is no entitlement to a refund if:
- the activity cannot be carried out due to the customer’s delay or no-show.
- the customer starts an activity only after its scheduled start or leaves it before its end.
- the customer does not make use of certain (half) days in case of multi-day bookings (also in case of children’s group lessons).
Cancellation or modification of the bookings by Snowscapes GmbH before the start of the activity
Snowscapes GmbH reserves the right to change or cancel the program or individual services, even at short notice, after conclusion of the contract, if natural and/or weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure, official imposed measures or other risks) make this necessary. The refund will be made in the form of a voucher.
Change of program or cancellation of the activity after the start of the activity or within 48 h prior to it.
Snowscapes GmbH reserves the right to change the activity program or some of the agreed services if external circumstances (e.g. force majeure, weather and natural conditions, officially imposed measures or safety risks) make it necessary.
In case of the following events, the customer will be refunded for the payments made deducting the expenses already incurred:
- Closure of tourism service providers such as mountain railroads, trains, hotels or restaurants due to official measures (e.g. pandemic).
There is no right to a refund in the event of:
- Closure of tourism service providers such as mountain railroads, public transport (train, bus etc.), hotels, restaurants and stores for equipment rental due to weather or natural conditions (e.g. official severe weather warnings.)
- Illness or accident or any other incapacitation of the customer.
Liability
- Snowscapes GmbH expressly excludes any liability for accidents during lessons and competitions or any liability claims in relation to the services provided by Snowscapes GmbH. No claims (for damages) may be made based on errors in illustrations, prices and texts.
Insurance
- Insurance (health and accident insurance incl. sports accidents etc.) is the responsibility of the participant. It is recommended that customers take out insurance for cancellation costs and repatriation.
Claims
- Any claims or damages incurred must be notified to Snowscapes GmbH in writing by e-mail to jurajbadin@ch and not later than four weeks after the end of the activity. All claims will be void in the event of a claim being made later.
Data privacy
- Snowscapes GmbH reserves the right to use image material of all services provided for marketing purposes. Consent for the use and disclosure of data and images can be revoked at any time by contacting us at jurajbadin@ch. The necessary data for the processing of business transactions are treated confidentially.
Jurisdiction
- The registered head office of Snowscapes GmbH in Zermatt is the place of performance. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zermatt and swiss law applies.
