Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@epic-lenzerheide.ch
 at least 48 hours before the start of the lesson or guiding. Cancellations received after this deadline will be charged in full.

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the required notice period. No refunds are granted for late arrivals, no-shows, or early termination of lessons.

Lessons and guiding generally take place in all weather conditions. However, Epic Snowsports GmbH reserves the right to change, interrupt, or cancel activities if weather conditions, natural events, safety concerns, official restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) make this necessary.

If a lesson is canceled by Epic Snowsports for the reasons stated above, a proportional refund will be issued.

In the event of accident, illness, or other personal hardship, any reimbursement must be claimed through the participant’s cancellation insurance, if taken out in advance. The guest is responsible for submitting such claims. We strongly recommend that all participants arrange suitable insurance coverage before their stay.
