About the lesson

Improve your skiing in Sestriere with group lessons for adults and teenagers aged 15 and over. Whether you are starting from scratch or have skied before, you learn with participants of a similar ability.

Qualified instructors introduce suitable exercises and give practical feedback to help you develop balance, speed control and turning technique. Sharing the experience with fellow skiers creates a friendly, motivating atmosphere on the slopes of the Vialattea.

Beginners work on the foundations, while more experienced groups refine their technique and build confidence. The teaching is adapted to the group’s level, so you can make progress at an appropriate pace.

About Scuola Sci Olimpionica

Scuola Sci Olimpionica welcomes children and adults to Sestriere, in the Vialattea ski area. Founded in 1998 by Alberto Casse, the school combines sporting experience with a passion for the mountains.

Qualified instructors provide personal guidance for every ability level, from first steps on snow to more advanced technique.

The school offers private and group lessons in skiing and snowboarding, alongside activities such as ski touring, telemark and snowshoeing. Special programmes for children help young learners discover winter sports with confidence and enjoyment. With local knowledge and an approach adapted to individual goals, the team helps guests develop their skills and enjoy the slopes. Lessons are available in Italian, English, French and Russian.

We meet at the building of the old Cit-Roc cable car in Sestriere, a few metres from the new Cit-Roc chairlift. On the first day, please arrive 15 minutes before the lesson starts.

Private lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the activity starts. Later cancellations are charged in full, even if the lesson is not used.

Group lessons are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases approved by the management. Any authorised refund is subject to a fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Lessons take place in bad weather. No refund is provided for non-attendance or reasons not attributable to the school or instructor.

Please bring your equipment and a valid ski pass from the first day. Lift passes are not included. A helmet is compulsory for participants under 18.
