- Our courses take place in all weathers. Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be reimbursed.

- Unless otherwise agreed, the course or hire price must be paid within 7 days before the start of the course or hire.
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course or rental are free of charge. In the event of later cancellation, 100% of the price is due. Price refunds due to injury or illness are only possible with a doctor's certificate. Only unused days (difference) will be refunded.
- It is recommended that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This should cover cancellations at short notice.

- We do not accept any liability for accidents that occur during or before the ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
