Clause 1: Cancellation of the sale before the stay
a. General case
The services are reserved for fixed dates. Therefore, the 14-day withdrawal period for distance sales provided by Art. L121-20 of the Consumer Code does not apply, in accordance with Art. L121-20-4 of the same code.
The customer may cancel the purchase under the following conditions (as a percentage of the price paid):
The request must be made in writing (by email or registered letter) before the scheduled date of the first lesson:

61 days or more before: 100% refund

From 31 to 60 days before: 75% refund

From 15 to 30 days before: 50% refund

Less than 15 days before: no refund
Exception:
b. In the case of flight cancellation preventing arrival:
If the customer provides valid proof from the airline before the start of the lesson, SKI 3000 France and the customer agree to reschedule the affected lessons for the same week. If this is not possible, SKI 3000 France will issue a refund of 50% of the value of the affected lessons.
Clause 2: Adaptation – Modification of the reservation
a. Your purchase is binding
For organizational and scheduling reasons, no changes (times, dates, number of people, activity, level) can be made after confirmation and payment. Please ensure you have made the right choice before proceeding with payment. Once purchased, lessons cannot be exchanged for other services. The duration and dates of individual lessons are fixed. However, you may add extra participants to a private lesson for an additional fee.
b. Beginning of lessons
All lessons start on time. Late arrivals inconvenience everyone. Any lesson time lost due to late arrival cannot be rescheduled, moved, or refunded.
c. Insufficient participants in group lessons
In exceptional cases (such as fewer than 5 people registered at one level), SKI 3000 France may not be able to provide the booked group lesson. In this situation, an alternative of equal value will be offered, usually in the form of private lessons.
Clause 3: Refund – Transfer of a lesson
If the purchased service is not performed in full:
a. Due to the customer
In the case of late arrival, partial or full interruption, change of mind, indisposition, or any other reason, the price remains due and no refund can be claimed.
b. In the case of illness (including Covid) or accident of the customer
If justified by a medical certificate prohibiting winter sports, provided no later than two days after the first missed lesson, SKI 3000 France and the customer agree to reschedule the affected lessons within the same week. If this is not possible, a refund of 50% of the value of the lessons will be issued.
c. In the event of total lift closure or “force majeure”
SKI 3000 France and the customer agree to reschedule the affected lessons within the same week. If this is not possible, a refund of 50% of the value of the lessons will be issued. Please note that partial lift closure due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, cold) is not a sufficient condition for refund or rescheduling.
d. Due to SKI 3000 France
If a qualified instructor cannot be provided on the agreed day, the lessons will be rescheduled. If this is not possible, SKI 3000 France will refund 100% of the value of the affected lessons.
