On the snow front at Les Bergers next to the arrival station of the ALPE Express gondola.
It remains possible for the customer to cancel his purchase under the following conditions (in % of the price paid) whereby the cancellation request should be made in writing (email, LR with AR) prior to the scheduled date of the 1st course:
• 61 days or more before 100% refund
• From 31 to 60 days before reimbursement at 75%
• From 15 to 30 days before reimbursement at 50%
• Less than 15 days before any refund
Except in the event of the cancellation of air transport preventing the stay. If the customer produces valid proof from the airline, MESIAH union and the client agree to reschedule the courses concerned for the same week. In the event that this is not possible, Syndicat MESIAH will then reimburse on the basis of 50% of the value of the courses concerned.
