We are happy to contact you to determine the most convenient meeting point or to pick you up at your accommodation.
• Cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days before the start of the lesson: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation of a reservation between 15 and 30 days before the start of the lesson: the deposit is retained.
• Cancellation of a reservation within 7 days before the start of the lesson: the full amount is due.
In case of a cancellation due to bad weather conditions making the activity not possible, a full refund is provided. Cancellation due to bad weather is assessed by the instructor on the spot.
