Cancellation by the Customer

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the course start
100% charge for cancellations within 14 days before the start
No refund for unused days, no-shows, or cancellations during the course

Liability

Skischule Schuster accepts no liability for accidents before, during, or after lessons
Participants are responsible for their own accident and liability insurance

Cancellation by the Ski School

The ski school may cancel lessons due to force majeure or other important reasons
No compensation or additional claims (e.g. travel costs) will be granted

Illness or Injury

Refunds for unused days only with a valid medical certificate
The ski school must be informed before the course starts
Without prior notice, the full amount will be charged
