When canceling a confirmed reservation:

• more than 20 days before the start of the course, a full refund is provided
• 14 - 20 days before the start of the course, 80% of the amount is refunded
• 7 - 13 days before the start of the course, 50% of the amount is refunded
• 0 - 6 days before the start of the course, no refund is provided
