Cancellation of the booking / withdrawal from the private ski course or group course after booking confirmation (without a medical certificate) is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the course. In this case, 20% of the total course fee will be retained or invoiced as a flat rate for expenses. After that, the full course price will be charged and the costs cannot be refunded.

If the customer is injured or becomes ill during the course, the fee can only be refunded if the provider is informed immediately and a medical certificate is presented. The customer bears the cost of the certificate. The provider will then refund 80% of the pro rata course fee for the remaining days to the customer. Unused course days expire and cannot be credited.
