About the lesson

Are you a beginning snowboarder and want to experience for yourself just how much fun snowboarding can be? Or have you been riding for a while and now want to try your hand at new school, slopestyle or off-piste? If so, go ahead and book our snowboard courses for kids and teens ages 7 to 15. Look forward to a variety-packed training program, many tips and tricks from our professionals, along with lots of fun and action!

Please note: Our snowboard courses for beginners always start on Sunday or Monday. Experienced boarders can join their courses any day except Saturday.

9.15 - 11.30am and 12.30 - 3.00pm

Experienced snowboarders: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

In case of less than 5 applicants (outside holiday weeks), the group lesson will be 2.5-hours per day (similar to private lessons with intense training).

About Ski Dome Oberschneider

Hermann Oberschneider founded Ski Dome in 1990. After the end of his career as a professional, the certified skiing instructor worked as a skiing instructor trainer and demonstrator for the Austrian Interski Team.

At the same time ski aces like the Olympic medal winner and multiple World Champion Benni Raich were trained by Hermann Oberschneider. It was nevertheless not all that easy to get a license for his own ski school.

Hermann Oberschneider, however, did not give up and – finally in the winter season 1990/1991 he succeeded: He started off with 5 employees and opened his „Skiing and Racing School Oberschneider Kaprun“.

At the ski school office at Glemmerstrasse 260 in Viehhofen.

If you would like to cancel your booking, we will need a medical certificate from you in order to reimburse you in full. If you do not cancel the booking for health reasons that have been confirmed by your doctor, the following cancellation guidelines apply:

• Up to 30 days before the start of the course a full refund will be provided
• 15 - 30 days before the start of the course: 50% of the booked amount is refunded
14 - 8 days before the start of the course: 30% of the booked amount is refunded
• 7 days or less before the start of the course: 10% of the booked amount is refunded
